How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Full step-by-step instructions are on our account deletion page.

My invoice email didn't arrive — what do I do?

Ask your client to check their spam or junk folder first, and double-check the email address saved for that client in Invoice4You. You can also send a payment reminder from the invoice, which emails your client again. Still stuck? Submit a ticket and we'll investigate.

How do I add a second company profile?

Invoice4You supports multiple company profiles under one login — run a sole trader business and a Ltd company side by side. Add another profile from your business settings in the app; each keeps its own details, invoice prefix and numbering.

Can I change my invoice number prefix?

Yes. Each company profile has its own invoice prefix and sequential numbering, set in that profile's settings — so every business you run keeps clean, separate records.

How do payment reminders work?

Switch reminders on for an invoice and Invoice4You sends up to three polite, well-timed chase emails to your client — and stops the moment the invoice is marked paid.
