You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using Invoice4You, you confirm that you are using the App for lawful business purposes and that all information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@invoice4you.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Invoice4You is available on three plans:
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.
New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Pro plan activates and payment is collected automatically. Only one free trial is permitted per user.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this clause.
The App integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email delivery). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SFTWARES LTD is not responsible for the actions, availability, or data practices of any third-party service.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your invoice data is stored securely and is accessible only to you. We never sell your data to third parties.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding within Invoice4You are the intellectual property of SFTWARES LTD and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the invoice data and content you create within the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SFTWARES LTD makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Invoice4You does not constitute accounting, legal, financial, or tax advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SFTWARES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, in case you wish to recover your account. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account or via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SFTWARES LTD regarding your use of Invoice4You and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
