SFTWARES LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates Invoice4You, available in your web browser at app.invoice4you.app. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and these Terms will apply to them when they launch. By using Invoice4You you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Invoice4You. The service is intended for lawful business purposes only.
Invoice4You provides the following features:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
You are responsible for:
You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
Invoice4You is building functionality to support HMRC's Making Tax Digital programme for VAT and Income Tax Self Assessment. These features are not yet available in the app and nothing in these Terms grants access to them. When MTD features launch, we will update these Terms in advance to describe how they work, what you authorise us to do, and your responsibilities — and we will notify you per Section 15.
Invoice4You is currently free. This release is free early access: there are no subscription tiers, no paid plans, and no charge for any feature in the app. We do not ask for card details, and there is nothing to cancel.
Because there is no payment, there is no billing period, no automatic renewal, and no refund policy — none of those apply to a free service.
We may introduce paid plans in a future release. If we do:

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities including law enforcement.
Invoice4You integrates with the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms:

SFTWARES LTD is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or terms of these third-party services.
Your use of Invoice4You is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR.
SFTWARES LTD owns all intellectual property in Invoice4You — including the software, design, branding, and documentation. You retain full ownership of the business data you enter (invoices, client records, company information).
You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Invoice4You is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — as to the fitness of the service for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
By you: You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Invoice4You after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SFTWARES LTD regarding your use of Invoice4You and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
